Unlike ordinary assembly workshops, we are not limited to installing ready-made units onto a chassis. Within one production facility, we have brought together an engineering design office, metal processing, premium hydraulic component production, and a service and adjustment complex. As a result, customers receive a complete technological product through a single-window process, backed by a strong quality guarantee.
To confirm compliance with international standards, our production is fully certified according to ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management, and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety. Our next strategic goal is to obtain European CE certification for our products, opening the way for expansion into the European Union market.

Our journey began with the creation of a powerful component base. To ensure the reliability of future vehicles and reduce dependence on external suppliers, we began producing high-pressure hydraulic systems.
Relying on our strong in-house component base, we began integrating specialized superstructures from global leaders onto durable and maneuverable Foton and Dongfeng chassis.
The company moved on to solving more complex, non-standard engineering and design challenges.
This year, our production moved to a new level: STRENX, a high-strength structural steel from the Swedish company SSAB, was fully implemented in the production of subframes, booms, and pedestals.
We source specialized equipment directly from global leaders such as KLUBB, ATLAS, FASSI, CNR, GUVENC, PAKSAN, MUAMMER, and DLP. Internal hydraulic lines, electronics, and load-bearing structures are assembled exclusively from top-tier components.

At ASP GROUP, Body Manufacturing means the design, production, installation, hydraulic adjustment, and calibration of truck frames, specialized vehicle bodies, and superstructures using our own in-house production facility.
ASP GROUP works on truck-mounted aerial work platforms, tow trucks, garbage trucks, sewage and vacuum trucks, dump trucks, street washing and watering vehicles, road sweepers, snow-clearing equipment, electric garbage trucks, and electric truck-mounted aerial platforms.
ASP GROUP integrates specialized superstructures onto Foton and Dongfeng chassis, including Foton electric chassis.
Production uses HARDOX wear-resistant steel and STRENX high-strength structural steel, ensuring durability, weight reduction, and increased useful payload.
